Overview
Just What You Need (JWYN) is a Lagos-based online store selling practical, hand-picked products for everyday living, from ergonomic lumbar supports to kitchen and travel essentials. I designed and built the store on Shopify, customising the Dawn theme into a curated shopping experience for Nigerian customers.

The problem
JWYN sells a wide mix of products that do not fit one obvious category. The store had to help shoppers find the right item by need, build trust for a newer brand around payment, delivery, and returns, and keep checkout quick on mobile.

Approach
- 01Organised the catalogue by need (Support, Home & Kitchen, Home Office, Travel, Gifts) instead of by product type
- 02Put trust answers on the homepage: card, transfer, and USSD payment, Lagos and nationwide delivery times, and 7-day returns
- 03Added a three-step "how it works" flow and low-stock indicators to support purchase decisions
- 04Customised Shopify Dawn theme sections for merchandising, product highlights, and customer reviews
- 05Set up a blog for product guides and organic search
